  • No you do not. My Website Creative Critique does not require you to be using a specific website platform. However, my design advice and feedback will be the most compatible with Squarespace’s editing capability.

  • In this service, I will be providing a comprehensive critique of your website, with suggestions regarding your design strategy, layout and overall user experience for you to update at your leisure.

    In my Website Make Over package, I’m restyling and editing your website for you.

  • Remember in school when the teachers used to grade our homework with a red pen? It’s basically like that.

    I’m going to go through and screenshot ever page of your website, and go through it with a red a pen while also providing design solutions.

  • Aside from filling out the Business Questionnaire and showing up to our calls, all I’ll need from you is the link to your website… which I’ll already have when you fill out the questionnaire.

  • Because this is a creative audit the primary focus is on making sure your design and layout is optimized for a better conversion performance. This means the SEO built into your visual design will be naturally audited as well. If you want to add an SEO Audit, let me know when you apply!

  • Absolutely! While I marked this for newer businesses, I think it’s extremely healthy for businesses of all ages to get their websites audited if they feel like something is missing.

  • If you choose to do a payment plan the first payment will be made prior to our call. Then final payment will automatically be charged exactly 2 weeks later.

  • Yes! All services require a payment prior to beginning the design process. This initial payment (whether you’re paying in full or using a payment plan) is what allows me to secure your project on my calendar. It’s a non-refundable retainer fee that goes towards to total of your design package.

  • Currently, I book Website Creative Audits up to 3 months in advance, again this is by application only. If you’re on a deadline, please be sure to inquire about soonest availability in your message.

  • Once you initiate payment, you will be prompted to schedule our first project session. I can begin the Creative Audit after our first project session AND after you are paid in full. So if you choose the payment plan, then I won’t begin the Creative Audit until after your final payment has been received.
